Children who don't have child care assistance need to pay￥10,000 yen more.
To qualify, children who need child care assistance must meet the following:
・Be a Kawasaki City resident whose parents work more than 4 hours a day and can provide a certificate of employment proving the parents work more than 16 days per month.
